Island Piling, Inc. has earned our reputation for installing exposed concrete and wood piles.  The art of installing an exposed piles takes years of hands-on experience.  Exposed Wood Piles allow the "Old Florida" look for many island style homes.  Typical wood foundations are designed with 10x10 and 12x12 wood piles, depending on design criteria.

Many homes in the South Florida area are designed with foundation piles, creating a stable subsurface environment on which to build.  Geographical area and/or geotechnical reports will determine the type of foundation required.
