Island Piling, Inc., founded in 1986, is currently celebrating over 30 years serving the professional pile driving needs of SW Florida. Scott A. Yoke, President and founder of Island Piling, Inc. has over 35 years pile driving experience, all in this area. Most of his time has been spent "in the seat" developing our firm into the organization it is today. No other person in this area is more knowledgeable or more experienced in this field than Scott Yoke. Our reputation speaks for itself.
Island Piling, Inc. serves the SW Florida area from the remote islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island to Charlotte, Lee and Collier County residential areas, including Marco, Goodland and Everglades City. Our services include individual residential projects with exposed wood and concrete foundations for homes ranging from 20-400 + piles.
The relationships we have developed with the local geotechnical firms allows us to work closely with a builder to ensure a smooth transition from planning to pile driving, addressing any concerns or issues in the preliminary phases. The team approach offers the builder the benefits of an established respect for the experience and expertise offered in this area by our firm.
